About Studio

Located in one of Riga’s most elegant and historic districts, Berga Bazārs, the Anna Led Studio is both a creative space and boutique founded by Latvian fashion designer Anna Ledskalnina.

Designed in 2015 by the renowned architecture bureau OpenAD, led by architect Zane Tetere, the studio was envisioned as a loft-style atelier that unites the brand’s store, design laboratory, photo studio, and showroom under one roof.

Seamlessly integrated into the atmosphere of Berga Bazārs, the studio has become a creative landmark in Riga, where fashion, architecture, and art meet in one inspiring space.

Within the studio, ideas take shape, fabrics are explored, and the brand’s archives are carefully preserved.

The ambience is further enriched by furniture from interior designer Agnese Rudzite’s collection and paintings by prominent Latvian artists.

Designer Anna Ledskalnina often draws inspiration from vintage accessories, such as shoes, handbags, old magazines and jewellery, integrating these timeless details into the styling of the brand's pieces.

Patterns, sketches, and fabric samples - this is where every new design begins.

Creativity and the working process itself form the very foundation of fashion creation.

The studio’s interior is designed in a black-and-white palette, featuring materials such as wood, metal, and painted brick.

The space spans over two levels, connected by a spiral staircase. The studio welcomes guests with a bespoke boutique counter crafted by the Riga-based workshop DFab.

An antique chandelier from the 1930s, once hanging in a theatre, now graces the hall on the second floor, adding a touch of history and timeless charm to the modern space.

In 2025, to mark its 25th anniversary, Anna Led unveiled a reimagined visual identity.

The new design embraces softer forms and a delicate palette of warm grey and powder pink, reflecting the brand’s timeless femininity and sense of calm.

The signature IRIS motif was reinterpreted by graphic designer and photographer Valters Paalaps, a lecturer at the Liepāja Art School, and now unites the brand’s packaging, signage, and labels as a symbol of its refined aesthetic.

Rooted in craftsmanship and guided by a thoughtful design philosophy, the studio remains the heart of the Anna Led brand.

It is a space where each collection begins, creativity flows through every detail, connecting past and present, tradition and modernity.

Anna Led Studio is a place where every garment is created with care, and where the dialogue between designer, artisan, and client remains at the centre of the brand’s story.
