Delivery options

Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on annaled.com can be delivered every working day of the week from 11am-6pm.

Every order shipping costs will vary depending on the destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations.

We deliver FREE OF CHARGE:

-Within Latvia on all orders

-Within Baltic on orders above 150 Euro. 

-Within Europe on orders above 300 Euro.

DPD Pickup: Only available within Baltic: delivery within 2-5 days 

DPD STANDARD: Most of Europe: delivery within 3-8 days 

TNT STANDARD: delivery within 3-8 days

TNT EXPRESS and EMS: Most of Europe and worldwide: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-8 days

All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.

For USA, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, we do have flat rate of 25 Euro and we use EMS (Latvian Post Express) delivery.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. ANNA LED cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Order tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. 

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.

Exchanges

Client has the right to exchange goods for a similar one if the current does not satisfy the colour and size within 14 days starting from the delivery date.
In case there is no similar product in stock at the moment of replacement, the seller has the right to cancel the execution of the purchase contract and request from the client a return of the amount paid for the returned goods.

Returns

1. Client has the right to refuse to receive the processing or paid-up goods:
a) before delivery/receiving – at any time;
b) after delivery/receiving – within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

Requirements for the return of appropriate quality goods:

a) items are in original condition;

b) items must be returned to us unused with all ANNA LED tags and labels still attached.

c) a document verifying the fact and terms of the purchase of these goods.

d) The Product(s) must be returned to: 

Studio ANNA LED, Dzirnavu st 84, Bergs Bazaar, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia

2. If the complete order is returned the refund will include standard delivery costs from ANNA LED to you. For that purpose, Customer shall insert the delivery invoice indicating the parcel tracking number into the return parcel.

A refund occurs within 14 working days from the date seller receives a written statement from the client.

The Customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs and all potential customs duties.

RETURNS of defective goods

The customer has the opportunity to return the goods of improper quality of purchase and file an application for refund of the amount paid for the product in the period of warranty or of the expiry date. Client also the right to request a replacement of the defective goods or eliminating its defects.

REFUND

Money is returned the same way client selected to pay for the goods, except the cases when the transaction required additional information about the buyer (money transferred in cash, electronic cash terminals, etc.) Payments are made within 14 workings starting from the day seller receives a written statement from the client and are made according to conditions stated in point 1a.
